Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You can contact us to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

After each order is processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. lfyou still do not want the product, you will need to return the package atyour own expense when upon its delivery to your stated shipping address.

Where do you ship from and which countries do you deliver to?

We ship from China.

We ship keyboards internationally, except for the destinations listed below:
*Destinations we do not cover: Dominica, Dutch Caribbean, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Polynesia, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Norfolk Island, Pitcairn Islands, Christmas Island, Tokelau, Wallis and Futuna Islands, Ascension Island, French Southern Territories, Tristan da Cunha, Western Sahara, British Indian Ocean Territory, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Åland Islands, Isle of Man, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Palestinian Territories, Bhutan, Laos, Bangladesh.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We generally will provide at least 2 types of logistics methods for most countries.

After tracking is available:
[Standard Shipping] about 10-25 days.
[Express Shipping] about 2-14 days.
In addition, all products require some lead time to a greater or lesser extent, before the package is sent (lead time is not included in the above estimated time).

 

Returns and Refunds



How do l return a product?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Product returns are strictly governed by the product's warranty terms. Wedo not accept random returns unless there is an unresolved qualityissue. lf you return products without authorization, no refund will beissued. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the samecondition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return package is delivered, its contents will be inspected. After inspection, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. lf approved, a refund for the purchased item(s) will be initiated within 5 business days using your original payment method.
